From thriving soils to healthy products

What we do

We work closely with farmers to enable them to produce healthy agricultural products. We create and manage companies to process these products, and bring high-quality ingredients to markets. We make sure all stakeholders along the value chain not only farmers – work together to fairly distribute quality products to families worldwide. We supply customers with a selection of cacao products, herbs, spices
and oils.

Shop online & custom sourcing

Belize Gourmet Foods provides transparent sourcing for ethical brands looking for high quality ingredients. For brands seeking ingredients (e.g. cacao products, herbs and essential oils) in smaller bulk volumes visit our shop online. For brands with specific ingredient needs seeking larger bulk volumes, we offer custom sourcing partnerships – a model we are piloting with brands in the Caribbean, European Union, North and South America.

Operating Companies

Rural economies depend on their natural resources. The farmers we work with operate in ecosystems that require

LWF Agroforestry Village Program

Agroforestry is the intentional integration of trees and shrubs into crop and animal farming
systems to create
environmental, economic, and social benefits. The Toledo and Stann Creek districts of Belize offer remote and breathtaking landscapes in southern Belize. A drive into
the area is an immersion into wide and wild nature; it is also home to a very special community of indigenous Mayan people. The area produces organic essential oils using regenerative agricultural methods and works with LWF to promote self sustainability.
